    ASX rules require the Annual Report to be filed and sent to shareholders within 4 months of the end of the financial year and at least 21 days after that. So we should see the Annual Report by next Tuesday at the latest. This is leaving it pretty late for a listed company and sometimes delays are due to having an impending announcement which they want release just prior to the AGM.

    It would be a surprise though if this applied to Corum.
