Yes DOW and FTSE made no gains.
We started at ~5600 in January peaking at 6850 in November. That is a 1250 max point gain for the 12 months. Then we dropped 800 since Nov peak to close at 6054 today. 800 point drop from a 1250 gain is ~ 64% drop.
(800/1250) x 100% = 64%
