makes you wonder if there's more to what the Co. has indicated re poss needing another well.
Merrills comments that output at Longtom wasn't/wouldn't meet the contractual Obligations is a concern too. Bearing in mind that the take or pay was skewed well in favour of NXS if they dont meet it the flip side could be expensive. Perhaps accounts for the $10m costs in the last quarterly.
