Nope looking after the wholesale investors (broker mates of mgmt etc)

fair enough needing some extra funds and the discount 16.8% on 30day VWAP ... not uncommon .. but the free opts I think thats pretty weak ... as what will happen as many of the Insto/sohps will just dump the shares for a quick profit and sit on the opts as a nice free carry ... really a no-brainer trade win/win ...and esp for the brokers that will take a nice 600k fee for the win/win deal for all involved ..

but as for the rest of us(some of us sohps not in the loop)we have to BUY on market and hope for some market interest to make a profit ..

Now bring on the funding deal !!! so we can least see the higher SP
