Is there a secret, fact not revealed to us?

If the profits are going to be seriously lower shouldn't Nylex issue a profit warning?

On the facts KNOWN to me I cannot justify the low broker recommendations and the low share price.

I am no expert, but then again the experts only seem to come up with pedictions after the event ie. drop predictions when the price has already dropped to that level!
