    The Vaccine news hasn't helped gold with the shift of funds towards riskier assets (I'm actually surprised it didn't take a bigger hit). I still think gold long term will perform and like anything with investing, nothing goes up in straight line. Things to consider for higher POG include, further stimulus and I guess a fall in the USD amongst other things. With Biden taking over, you can add US lockdown on the cards which could see a flow of funds back into gold.
