Every time I see this guy post, it's the same NST comparison and calling it not a traders stock. Good at wordsmithing for the average punter but the current reality in this gold region is somewhat different.

For a similar market cap, AME owns the Sandstone region. In terms of landholding, see MDI as the postage stamp and AME as the A4 envelope. MDI knows it's true. Instead of using their capital to put drills in their own ground they spent $3.5mil taking a 10% blocking stake in AME. They know for true scale for their plant in this region they need AME's ground. Blind Freddy can see it. A failed takeover attempt says it all.

I personally don't see any upside for MDI until they get the consolidation out of the way. Register is full of stale retail. Way more upside with AME as multiple parties are looking at control.
