Over the years i have heard all different things about artificial sweetener...including brain tumors.
I understand that these are deemed safe by government to be added to food but so is MSG and 102 food coloring and I have had my battles with both of these and some other additives before.
Looking to cut out my 300 odd calories of self added sugar a day from my diet.
I have an approximate resting rate metabolism of around 2100 calories so I have lots of room to move overall.....but would still like a sweetener that sidesteps the glucose pathways and is known safe....it's the known safe and longterm use that does confuses this person.
Any ideas??
