    The whole thing with Charge is ridiculous. Why not just float RLL to on the asx to raise $200m. ADY shareholders get 15% discount on RLL shares. HW and YA Global get their 20m. 180m left to build the full scale plant. RLL would earns its market cap in just tow years production. - Simple!
