anti-Christ I would imagine is a state in which the values of Christ are undermined by materialism and prostitution of the arts and corruption of our governing bodies, including the churches. It is a state in contrast to the teachings of Christ - I'd say we are pretty much there now - though I'm not a Christian.
As for God's name being Jehovah - well, I would imagine that God, the Creator or whatever title one uses, is beyond the kingdom of names. To imagine God is a creature to be named is extraordinary. The name Jehovah didn't come into use for some 50 years after the formation of the JWs. It is an imagined construct from a Tetragrammaton that is never pronounced. I don't have the least problem with JW using Jehovah, or anybody else for that matter. I do however resent the fact that JWs declare as a fact that this is the name of God when not one ounce of evidence for such a claim exists.
Now of course you are able to dismiss me out of hand because the devil made me say this. In a world crying out for unity, non JWs are worldly people and close association must be avoided. Yep, all good, just like Jesus avoided all non-followers. Oh wait there, he mixed with all sorts of people, what was I thinking. Get thee behind me satan.
