is there an error in the mfs ann 14.03.08

I thought that this MFS ann. dated 14.03.08 was worth discusion because we seem to have 3 Companies' trading listed on the one Announcement for MFS.

It maybe of no consequence but the trading related to MFS is only pages 2-5 and the other pages to page 27 appear to be related to Companies UGL..United Group LTD and
AGO..Atlas Iron Ltd..They arent MFSs???


According to the old HC MFS thread we have read it as one ann for MFS and thought that the trades by MERRILL LYNCH only related to MFS.

Consequently we saw lots of shorting etc that was not related to MFS ?? YES or NO?

Merrills only changed its holding by about 8million..which isnt large and the ann was signed off by "Attorney-in-fact"
whatever that means instead of a company secretary etc.??
The change of holding seems to have taken place in February.

So Merrill still hold 65million or are they on loan??

Can anyone enlighten me about this ann which is larger ie 3 cos and different to others?
