Futuris does own Elders ie Elders Rural Bank (?jv with Bendigo?). 2nd teir banks are being severely squeezed & this is more like 3rd teir. They just can't get the money at low enough rates to on lend to customers to be competitive against the big banks. No Money, No customers,No Business, No profit. Automotive Parts Manufacturers going broke all over the world last 2/3 years and getting worse. interst cover of only 1.9. Loss of ceo. falling profits.
I'm amazed the sp was holding up so well tiill now! Further to go before buying into this. A lot of great buys out there right now without FCL's risks.
