Anyone heard of broadwaters hospitslity management - I have a unit in a 4.5 start beachside resort at Shoal Bay NSW and while it has paid its way since day one, I have had numerous discussions with management that they could do better.
Have just recieved notice they are handing letting management to Broadwater and I see on the Broadwater website they are a wholey own subsidiary of FCL - anyone heard of them - dont see any mention of them or hospitality being an arm of FCL?
Some of the negative comments I read on this thread has me concerned if they are to be managing my investement prop
