Considering that with gold at 1070 when offer announced at Easter time LGL jumped t0 $4.07 - we wre now trading at $4.07 with the gold price some $160 an ounce higher.

LGL remains considerably undervalued and underbought relative to the gold price.

i wouldn't be surprised if Anglo or Barrick is lining up a bid in the $4.30 - $4.50 range considering the strength in gold and LGL's assets largely not being subject to the miners tax issue - at $1500 gold a takeout in the $4.30 - $4.50 range would be an absolute steal...
