I agree with 55M+, and if their new calculations are extra dandy, consider it is possible they could even have 2 additional holes planned for the existing 3 fields rather than 1 hole. Drain it to the last drop.

AWE farming in to PEP 38524 shows they are very positive about the area.
I wonder if PPP will get a 10% interest in this PEP soon.
