Is there a future for TV2? Nobody can say with certainty at this point. It will be determined by funding. Given that they're finding it difficult to raise funds through the market via capital raising, how they manage their spending currently is critical. The stumbling block is it's the worst possible time to penny pinch when funds are required to get deals moving.
At the end of this quarter they'll have 300- 400k left, delays getting deals finalized and revenue rolling in will keep pressure on the price and management. It would be fair to say it will cost around 6-9 million per year for TV2 to do business, depending on the deals at hand at the time obviously. When revenue is below this figure, this is the dark cloud overhead, a future will be managements ability to source funding.
