Im also an investor fmf, and IPO ex holder. With the debt reducing all that will remain is repaying the fmf. If the fmf become shares it will be a debt free company with $1bish assets and will continue.
If it remains the same and the fmf get all their cash back, whats left to run CIY?
Share price needs to be $1 for this to work and IMO is where the SP should be anyways.
