wachito, they just anncd that there will be negative net worth at Dec 31. That tends to be an NTA of zero!

I would also think a dilution of 70% would actually be letting people off the hook. I am thinking at least 90%. Certainly the tone in the anncmt makes me beleive the dilution will be huge. I would be surprised if it is less than 10:1, but we will soon find out I suppose.
