There has been much said about Eskom's operating issues and future supplies of electricity/coal etc.
RES now has a sound looking project ready to go.
As political risk has been such an issue for investors and presumably the bankers - there must be clear logic right now for a big South African group to take this company out with a bid?
Most of the long suffering shareholders would no doubt be delighted to see any reasonable offer and we know Noble will always be traders.
