The news announced by Blackham today advises that bidders on the Russian coal and methane project have been reduced from 5 to 2 bidders.

Blackham have been one of the successful bidders and the decision on the successful bidder is due to be announced on the 17th of April.

It seems that if Blackham are the successful bidder then stock would have strong upside.

If they miss out on bid then there is exposure to the coal to liquids project with Wesfarmers.
