BJ, the 24th will give us a good indication as to how GMG will fair for the duration of the 2010 period, I still maintain that the current SP are good entry price opportunities and that there exits more of an upside potential for the SP as opposed to down side movements. I do feel reasonably comfortable that GMG shall be higher (SP) in two weeks time than at current values.

I irritate the same for GPT and CNP. Do bear in mind that the REITS are usually slow off the mark, this can be back up by looking back historically through the general trend movements of individual share markets sectors, although GMG last year performed it recovery process reasonably well, just look at the charts between the months of May ? October 2009.

If the intent is to position yourself into low prices for a long term outlook, then now is the time to consider the options.
