Yes...WS will not only come back but would be intrumental in the board set up and would be a part of that board if an EGM is successfull.
Does he need to? No.
He was offered to sell out at a much higher price than current not that long ago but refused.
He is attempting to do the best thing for the shareholders. Quite a number of people invested in the company because of one reason and that reason is WS. He knows that and he is detemined to see those that invested in basically him are not left holding the baby. That said, there is only so much he can do.
If an EGM is called and Cygnet stop the removal of the board then I think WS will seek all the legal recourse he can to take back his technology which will leave the company with very little.
So at the moment for mine it is a wait and see. It could be the start of something enormous or it could simply disappear up its own exhaust pipe
