You seem to make 2 assumptions in your claims:
    1. That the technology hasn't evolved at all over the last couple of years.
    2. That because the neutralizer isn't described (or @Bolesta13) didn't show it to you in the patent, it doesn't exist.
In response to those 2 assumptions:
    1. I'd find it very hard to believe that in 2 years, from both internal testing and in response to OEM input/demands, that the technology hasn't evolved.
    2. Is it possible that a neutralizer exists yet hasn't been described intentionally?
The fact is that between PM & AS, they'd have the scientific & engineering wherewithal to overcome any challenge the technology could throw at them.
To me, it's compelling that someone of Alex sava's credentials would agree to be involved with PO3.
He visited Somnio and had the opportunity to immerse himself in teh technology prior to joining, and I assume he suitably impressed given his agreeing to come on board.
With all due respect @ozblue I strongly suspect that he understands FRG - and has had teh opportunity to understand FRG in greater depth than any of us armchair scientists on HC.
