In some sort of weird fairness to NTU, the unknown still remains out there.
As NTU have said, their near-term strategy for the future is that they change from producing a carbonate and take a step back and just produce a concentrate.
For the ball to start rolling on this, they need to have an off-take agreement/s in place before they even even restart the feasibility study for a commercial-scale beneficiation plant to produce a concentrate.
Can they viably produce a concentrate? - Do they even know?
Then if an off-take agreement is struck, with the vision of a commercial-scale beneficiation going ahead, could this excite the share price a little?
imo All in all, and in the current environment, NTU have become hamstrung and have slipped far behind the pack.
