think of management. toiling away for years and just when they think they'll get to the nasdaq it all goes "puff"
I bet the guy who joined from RIM is feeling sick, probably had some performance bonus set that kicks in post nasdaq
one thing I can't understand is why AS won't just accept a lower NASDAQ strike price (although he will have to now, no question)...the company is now worth only $75m AUD, with $20m AUD in the bank!
I think by not having made announcements and starving the ASX of good information they can only blame themselves for the sell down. I think they will be hoping to see a $5 USD strike price on IPO and slowly build the SP based on revenue and profit data. At least that's what I'm hoping for...hard to believe I'm 20% down in a matter of days!
