just letting you know, my wife was threatened under similar circumstances by the HR department of her company.
She stood her ground, with the assistance of a lawyer and nothing happened in the end. Do know it a massive grey area at this stage and just firing you based on your vaccination status is absolutely not desirable for them. Best part was, that she got lots of support from many colleagues.
