You reminded me that the day of my second jab, my BP went over 200 for the first time ever (measured in hospital, so I might have been a bit stressed). But I went to hospital because I had the 20 minute attack of disphasia. BP has been up and down since then, but nothing above 150. I have had hypertension for years now, though.
