I had a friend now deceased. He died of heart attack after a 3 month course of vioxx in the 90's-- later withdrawn from market for that very reason. I have a friend , mid 40's. Heart attack and ongoing cardiac problems after the second jab , but she is alive. One other friend mid 60's , clots in both legs after second astra jab. Surgery on one leg already, waiting for more tests now. Chatted with a stranger at the beach change rooms last week complaining he had suffered stroke recently and was mystified . I asked him if it was recent -- yes. I asked him if it was after the jab -- yes , second one . I asked him if he had asked his doctor if it was related and he gave the same answer as the other two mentioned -- it didn't occur to him to ask that. Possibly coincidence , all of the above, but possibly not. As you say, the possible affects of these toxins should not taken so lightly.
