I cant recommend which you should take, I am over 60 and had the A.Z. no dramas there for me.
What i would like to ask, if it is not too personal, is about the job. What field of industry are you in and is it with a govt. ent or a private company ? Not offended if you choose not to disclose that and good luck with the decision.
