they will not do it currently as they know this is too obvious in terms of pharmacy ownership. However if you look at the aisles in a Coles etc they have different lighting and are looking like a pharmacy of sorts. They are getting ready for potential deregulation which might still be years away.

Groups like Chemist Warehouse would be planning to sell in that scenario- that is their likely end game.
