    I think the delayed licence approval has got investors running scared. I'm seriously expecting 40s (maybe 30s) over the next couple of months.

    Eskom/Transnet wont sign until all licenses are approved which we now know could take 'several months'. With current market conditions returning to their volatile ways, RES has become a sitting duck at best!
