Well articulated. In the end if the CEO is bent, we won’t see progress. Hope not the case. Your agm points are poignant, not having attended so not obvious from the outside. I too have noticed lack of buying of stock from the CEO and CFO and this is usually a red flag. I don’t believe the CFO has bought a single share on market. Now in lock up phase.
Kudos to the Chairman for buying shares at decent volumes last 12 months, albeit below capital raising price and shortly thereafter the raise, which is also ethically challenging from a governance perspective.
