Frankly, ANY news from MSB that gave insight into its plans for other key markets, Japan, the EU, China, etc., would be a godsend. I know that if you don't have any news, it's not a great look to throw things out to the market (just makes you look scared).

But they really do seem like a rudderless ship right now, at least as far as pathways to approval for any of their treatments go.

Except for AGVHD, where there is a fight going on, we have ZERO insight into what MSB's strategy is for ANY treatment or ANY market. Pathways to approval? We get mushy language about meetings MSB intends to have with the FDA. And...repeat. Ad infinitum.

Whatever. Frankly? Screw the USA. Let's get cracking on other markets that are more likely to be open to cutting edge treatments that show promise. Who says we cannot pursue parallel paths to approval?

And here's an idea - tell us what your plans for those other markets are!!

At the moment, MSB holders are exactly like mushrooms - keep us in the dark and feed us crap...
