I would guess that earlier dosing, for example on admission to ICU, or possibly earlier than that, might give much better results in pts >65 years, who incidentally have other illnesses. Before they get too sick. This has been mentioned by SI I believe in other trials, eg CHF, and back pain.
I also wonder whether MSM could treat the AZ injection’s inflammatory clots and prevent death, again if given early.
