"Good point Whereu, I should not assume that others would know "holy ones" were to rule from heaven over mankind. Maybe this will help join the dots."

Quite right, you shouldn't make this assumption because it is not supported by even your JW rendition of scripture.
Jesus, ( son of man), was promised he would rule over mankind.

(Daniel 7:13, 14) “I kept watching in the visions of the night, and look! with the clouds of the heavens, someone like a son of man was coming; and he gained access to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him up close before that One. 14 And to him there were given rulership, honor, and a kingdom, that the peoples, nations, and language groups should all serve him. His rulership is an everlasting rulership that will not pass away, and his kingdom will not be destroyed.

It is the "son of man" and not the "holy ones" that is granted rulership.

    And (highlights are mine)
(Daniel 7:27) “‘And the kingdom and the rulership and the grandeur of the kingdoms under all the heavens were given to the people who are the holy ones of the Supreme One. Their kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all rulerships will serve and obey them.’

Not in heaven MrGordon, but under all the heavens.

    "These will number 144,000.
(Revelation 14:1) Then I saw, and look! the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who have his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads."
Is 144,000 supposed to be literal or a figurative number? Who knows what the intention was as the Book of Revelation has a great deal of imagery? - the meaning of much of it has probably been lost since it was written. But this doesn't say that this crowd of 144,000 will rule the earth bound underlings for ever.

"Those living on earth will be subjects of that heavenly kingdom."
No mention was made that only JWs who associate with Watchtower will be the only earth bound survivors to be ruled by the JW anointed with Christ in heaven.

"(Psalm 72:8) He will have subjects from sea to sea And from the River to the ends of the earth."
He (Jesus according to Christians, but not according to Jews) and not the "holy ones".

There should be sufficient gaps between what even the NWT says and what Watchtower teaches you through their publications to make you want to at least question what they sprout as the truth.
