A pre feasibility study is a feasibility study isnt it? Just a little/ minor one. If everything is good/positive then the feasibility study is undertaken. So its like part of one whole feasibility process. no point jumping straight into complex/ expensive testing straight away? Simpler/cheaper testing first to provide an indication whether its a good idea to proceed with further more significant testing (the feasibility study)?
