    I am gobsmacked! If this is a response to an approaching deal signing then the regulations are a farce. However, even so, if it is I'll be a very happy man. I'm not holding my breath but I do have everything crossed. It's hard to believe this sort of volume could go through on a rising price (rather than a shrinking one) given the current situation.
