    My thoughts would be that with only 15% left to complete the plant IF a deal is secured then this 15% should not take long to complete IMO, so with a deal secured the share price should IMO go back to the 3c to 4c range waiting for the plant completion, if you think positive like me then buying in at 0.008c looks very attractive, all depends on your point of view and the whole glass half full half empty outlook
