    I agree with your sentiment williamvi. I am relatively young and on paper am looking at around 70k loss which may be small bikkies to some but is a lot for me. I'm so glad I wasn't tempted to borrow like so many were. Time is on my side and I will sit tight and ride it out and not transfer my small hard earned wealth to the patient!
