I was not at the AGM, apologies, this name has just recently come to my attention.
Still seems fishy to me. Claire isn't listed on the company web-page as being part of management despite being the COO. That seems odd. Her sister also works for the company. The sisters also just received $500k in stock. Daddy is chair of the board, has a big stake, and is tossing his princesses a bone. Doesn't mean the stock is a short but this is clearly nepotism. More positively, based on my reading, it appears Claire's role is more of an HR/admin type of role rather than actual key player. If that's true its positive given her limited experience here.
Also, I don't understand why everyone is so bullish on these ex-MSB employees. Maybe I'm missing something but it looks like MSB was a disaster. I couldn't find any evidence of MSB passing phase 3 while Paul Rennie was there. Sure, MSB raised money one time but looks like its gotten them nowhere. What am I missing about MSB being 'quality'?
