As an example, is a company like Woolworths going to buy and manage Microsoft licenses and corporate user accounts for all 200,000+ of it casual retail employees? I don't think so.
Employees like this don't need corporate email accounts or access to Office. They also have a high turnover rate. No corporation is going to invest in Microsoft subscriptions for employees that may quit at any given moment and never come back. It financially does not make sense.
