I think it's you that has no idea what LiveTiles does and you sure as hell haven't deployed modern workplace enterprise solutions. you don't understand the M365 and O365 plans that MSFT offers. if you did you wouldn't be suggesting E1. I don't usually have a go at others like this on HC but you seem pretty sure of yourself and you simply have a limited understanding of this space. i can only urge you to spend some time looking at the LiveTiles website, the MSFT website (specifically at the plans available - they have a detailed plan comparison table), and do some research about the needs of enterprise customers and how people need to work and be engaged in today's climate.
