Everything above I have mentioned is nothing about the leadership, its all solution focused. Throw in here that the leadership is immature and reactive and you have yourself in a hole which is very hard to dig out of.

You guys are missing the big picture here, the most important thing is the management maintains their current salary and they can continue to fly business class.
