Well Vayama has put questions in my mind...I had not heard any expectation of a delay in startup and I would have thought that management would be obliged to report same. I think I will send the company an email and see what I can find out. I still think the seller issue is the thing driving the price. Recent announcements point to JP Morgan reducing their interest.
