one train of thought is with out the cap raising e might go under.... this new will ensure the cap raising will be subscribed and we make 7mill, with the insurance money is say 10mil, we can survive and get the HVTF underway, get the income and tread water while we wait for 2-3yrs for a india plant to be built (shortest timeline). I hate the dilution, but with no news, we would be able to raise money, so i can see why the two are happening in tandem. I think there is a big 2 days ahead and .2 will be gone. Note in the CR the ECTOD is very low conversion at 0.3c so a little moment these will get conversed for sure. all imo just thoughts
