EMH has an option with LPD to use the technology which can be renewed for another 12 months in May for $50K.
LPD still have a processing centre in the middle of Europe in their presentation which could either be EMH or a third party who buys tailings (concentrated) from EMH and processes or EMH build and operate the plant and sell the Lithium Carbonate/Hydroxide.
We will see when EMH releases their PFS and the best economic scenario for EMH.
