Ther are a lot of companies/websites out there that sell company overviews for a fee. While not exactly a scam (if you give them the money they do give you a report) you can work out all the information yourself usually just by reading past anns and free investor reports from the company website.
That's certainly the case with IMC. There's an analyst report on the website which is the usual grain-of-salt affair but at least it's free
For example, it looks this mob wants to charge $300 for a report. The headline is a bit ambiguous, they are not predicting a 300 buck share price from what I can see.
