there are three corporate items that add an element of risk in my view
1. share consolidation
2. NPM's 25% - they are not a natural fit and have said they would like to sell down in the past
3. AJQ being a second, aus based gas company (50% holder of some LKO permit in Vic) in DGR stable, in my view will likely be combined with LKO but not sure who acquires who
34m seems to be good value. 42m (.001) I think there will be stock overhang and 84m is overpriced so don't see it trading at .002 in the near future
