I've had dealings with the guys in Canberra when they were still call SEWPaC, and I wouldn't blame the company for any delay. If SEWPaC have only changed their name and not their attitude then we will get the ML when we get it. The EPBC act gives them a lot of authority to hold up projects as there is no time frames prescribed for approvals.
