sounds like decent delays unfortunately, I thought the equity event was just sell each part and add the cash to realise a payout to each holder.

this sounds like they are pushing ahead with the acquisition which is good IMO.

my only concern is that cash does not get used up each quarter on things that we cannot keep track of.

so to you Andrew C, can we maintain accurate account records on 1pg/ ECC to be able to fully itemise cash on hand at the next pivot, whenever that may be.

I trust that sounds fair enough.
